Gluten Free Chia Seed Muffins



Ingredients

1 tblsn organic ground chia seeds
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1cup sweet potatoe puree
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 egg whites
1/2 cup Agave
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tps lemon zest
1 tblsn vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried cranberries (Harvest Health sells a brand without added sugar)

Spray muffin tin and pour into muffin tins
350 degrees 15-20 mins
