Butternut Squash/natural sugars
2 granny smith apples cored and sliced
1 cups of nutternut squash
3 tbs butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
cover with tinfoil
Cook 350 degrees for 50 mins
mash with a tbs butter and salt ans pepper to taste
